Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order.

We work hard to process your orders as quickly as possible. As a *custom shop, each product is MADE TO ORDER so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and to ship.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary. Please keep in mind during the Holiday Season, it may take a few days longer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
