Refund policy

Returns & Exchange

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. 

We are happy to exchange most items within 15 days of purchase, and/or give store credit which can be used at any time ----- we do not offer refunds, as we are a small family run business.

We only accept returns for exchanges of unworn, unwashed and undamaged apparel within 15 days of purchase. We replace items other than apparel if they are defective or damaged within 5 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at lovegrowinspireshop@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards and all sale items

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed accordingly. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale, Stickers & Low-Priced Items 
ALL sale items are FINAL. Please note that our stickers, keychains, wristbands and/or alike items are also final sale and unable to be exchanged because of the low price of these items.
